Okay, so you're sold on the idea, but where do you even start? Here’s a simple, no-stress guide to getting your personal brand up and running:
Start With Brand Clarity:
Identify your Core Values—these are the belief systems that guide your life. They help you set standards, determine what to say yes or no to, and understand what truly fulfills you.
Understand your Core Talents (CTs)—these are the positive behaviors, thoughts, and feelings that shape your personality and mindset. Your CTs are what will help you succeed, even when you encounter challenges or shortcomings.
Set Your Intention:
Be super clear on the outcomes you want when doing anything. Clarity creates confidence and keeps you focused.
Identify your niche - who do you want to impact? The more clear you are the more impact you will make. For instance, I want to speak to Gen Z guys, 17-24 who love gaming.
Ask yourself, “Why do I want this?” Your why will drive you and keep you focused.
Focus on what makes you come alive, not what you think others want to see.

Decide which platform works best for you, whether it's YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, a blog, or podcast.
You don’t have to be everywhere—just pick the space that enables you to accomplish your intentions and goals while speaking to your ideal audience.

Don’t try to mold yourself into someone else just for popularity. Authenticity is magnetic.
Embrace your story, challenges, and imperfections—they’re what make you unique and relatable.
Create Content That Resonates:
Share content that aligns with your values and passions, while speaking to those you want to impact - your niche. If your content doesn’t resonate with you, your audience won’t believe it.
Make content that is about your audience…not about you. You can share your passion, experiences, or story but make it about or relate it to those listening to you.

Its also about showing up with the same energy, style, imagery, personality, etc.
